Production Time

Every SEMI product is made to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

∙ United States: 3-7 business days

∙ International: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SEMI is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and check with neighbors before reaching out to us.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees
