Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days at wear.semi@gmail.com with:

∙ Your order number

∙ A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Sizing & Buyer’s Remorse

Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or change of mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before ordering.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

European Union

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item under applicable EU law.
